You can ask for help here, safely
We are a UK charity supporting women and girls facing domestic abuse, forced marriage, exploitation, housing or immigration worries, and more. Tell us what you need in your own words, and only as much as feels comfortable.
The request takes about 10 minutes. You can stop or leave at any time.
