How we can help

We support women and girls aged 16 and over in England and Wales. You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need — you can choose “Not sure” and we will work it out together.

Types of support

Domestic abuse

If a partner or family member hurts, controls or frightens you, we can listen and help you plan for safety and next steps.

Forced and child marriage

If you are being pressured into marriage, are worried it may happen, or are in a marriage you did not agree to, we understand and can help.

Trafficking and exploitation

If you have been made to work, or lost control of your documents, money or movement, we can help you reach specialist support.

Legal and immigration support

We help you understand your situation and reach qualified advisers for immigration, asylum and family matters.

Housing and accommodation

If you have nowhere safe to stay or may lose your home, we can help you talk to your council and housing providers.

Mental health and wellbeing

Space to talk, emotional support, and help reaching mental health services and your GP.

Financial hardship

Help understanding benefits and debts, and applying for grants or emergency support where available.

Education and employment

English classes, skills, CV help and steps towards study or work.

Community integration

Getting to know local services, making friends and feeling at home somewhere new.

Not sure?

That is fine. Tell us what is happening in your own words and we will help you find the right support, even if it is somewhere else.
